These little toys are made of a type of clay that bakes in the oven -
cernit has been used for most of them.
After modeling the sculture, it is just put in the kitchen oven at 100°-130°C (215°-270°F) for 30 minutes.
The modeling itself takes from 10 to 40 minutes depending on the complexity of the clay toy being made.
The smaller it is the greater time it consumes. Most ot the figurines are as tall as 2-3 cm.
Even though it is hard working with hands only, no special instruments have been used.
No paints are used since the clay is stained in various bright colors.
Up to now, there are more than 100 different clay figurines - most of them are animals. Recently, some wedding cake toppers have been made.
